Eagle is the leader of all the birds.
Eagle used to be best friends with Hen. Hen felt plain because she didn't have any colourful feathers like the rest of the birds. Eagle always told Hen she was gorgeous, but Hen never believed her. At some point, a Magpie dropped a needle, and Eagle stole it. She then used the needle to sew all sorts of nature, like flowers, into her nest. Eagle took Hen up to her nest when she was feeling particularly upset one day. Hen was amazed at the sight of Eagle's nest. Eagle let Hen borrow her needle. Hen used the needle to sew lots of nature over her body, and catch everyone's attention. Hen then held a parade and dropped the needle. It was last seen being trampled on and kicked around by some Zebra's who were dancing, but the Zebra's had no idea about the needle. The needle probably ended up either destroyed or somewhere in Tinga Tinga deep in the ground. Later that evening, Eagle returned to the ground and requested Hen give the needle back. Hen broke the news to Eagle that she didn't know where her needle was and Eagle was furious! She told Hen that until the needle was found, and only if it is found by Hen, then they can be friends again. Eagle then flew up high in the sky, and tried to avoid speaking to Hen as much as possible.
One day, several bad things were happening. Hen had lost her eggs, Hummingbird had lost her hum and Hippo had lost Tickbird. Lion promised whoever found them would be named leader of half his kingdom. Eagle found Hen's eggs under Crocodile's clutches and retrieved them, overjoying Hen, giving Hummingbird a drop of honey to sweeten her voice and bring back her hum, and looking in the clouds and finding Tickbird who was lost. Because of this, Eagle was named the Queen of the skies.
